Google Chrome and Firefox

Posted by webmaster on January - 24 - 2010

I have been using Google Chrome as of late switching from Firefox and testing the functionality of Google Chrome and assessing how good it is as a simple browser. In fact it is a very good lite speed browser and that is what is so great about it, the fact that it is so simplistic; which people may not get until they try it. – I was exactly like this in fact until I tried it and used it as my default browser. However now that I have come back to developing websites it doesn’t work as well as the  [ Read More ]

How to change the width of vBulletin 4′s main width

Posted by webmaster on January - 24 - 2010

Fluid designs with vBulletin are great and all however I much prefer fixed designs/themes and I wanted to change the width of my vBulletin board with the standard theme as there respectfully are no real themes published yet that I would consider usable; especially for the genre or type of board I have running. Here is how you change the width: Style & Templates > Default Style > StyleVar > Common > Document Width Below in the screenshot find the “Document Width” this is where you can change the size or the width of your pages document. An entire review of WiredTree since 2007

Posted by webmaster on January - 23 - 2010

I have been with WiredTree.com since 2007 – which is quite sometime since I believe they started their services early in 2007; or according to Archive.org. I have had quite a history with them going from having one VPS with them, then getting leasing another VPS and then upgrading to a full blown dedicated server. (Quad Core) And as of early 2010 upgrading the processor of the quad core to a higher spec. What I have liked about WiredTree is most importantly their support, usually if your server is down they are on the job sorting it out for you without having  [ Read More ]

vBulletin Support – Slow?

Posted by webmaster on January - 23 - 2010

I have been with vBulletin since 2006 and I have had an experience in 2007 where I had transferred one out of two of my licenses to another person and it was near to enough seamless to the fact that the license was near enough transferred all in the same day. I recently purchased a vBulletin license which gives me the option to download vBulletin v4.1+ till October 2010 (It is an owned license) so after that I will have to purchase either another license or upgrade to either a vB4 license. At this point I think and if I am making  [ Read More ]

Armour.ws – my project… or so I think

Posted by webmaster on January - 23 - 2010

My armour website (armour.ws) I have an armour website which I setup along time ago and I wrote some articles on particular armour however then work related issues took over my life and I never really completed the website. I am now back in 2010 and I am feeling a great urge to complete the website. I am also feeling that sense of selling the website as I require the money to pay for a trip to Barcelona. (Which isn’t for me by the way but is for my sister) So I am trying to get as much money for  [ Read More ]

Welcome to my Webmasterspace.net!

Posted by webmaster on January - 20 - 2010

First of all, welcome to webmasterspace.net! My name is Jonathan and I have been on the web for many years now so I thought, why not start a blog? I did have a blog before however it was more of a personal blog about my life rather than about web related news and updates; which is what this blog will be about. I am a novice when it comes to web programming language – which is what I am learning at the moment, so this website will most likely include my favourite or code which I need to keep close  [ Read More ]
